Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience

Answer Insurance phone calls and schedule appointments

Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms

Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Provide general patient services and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services

Qualifications

One or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred

Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Familiar with computers and scheduling software

Excellent multi-tasking skills

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

At Fresh Pond Physical Therapy (FPPT), we provide quality treatment for patient care. We are a private and PT-owned community based practice serving local neighborhoods across New York City over the past 13 years.

FPPT has spent years developing relationships with medical professionals who trust us with their patients, and know that we are their best option for rehabilitation.

Physical therapists use therapeutic techniques, along with pain modalities and exercise, to help relieve these symptoms and injuries and get you back to your functioning level. These are also non-invasive treatments that are an alternative to surgical procedures.
