Position: Front Desk Representative

Location: Austin, TX 

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $800 - $950 per week

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall experience of our organization. Your ability to create a welcoming environment, offer exceptional customer service, and effectively manage front desk operations will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage communication channels, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a positive and efficient atmosphere 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and provide them with necessary information and assistance.


• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.


• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff and services offered.


• Handle check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to provide a professional appearance.


• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or administration is a plus.


• Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role in a customer service environment.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
