Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Representative to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients promptly and professionally.


• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.


• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff.


• Maintain and update front desk records, files, and databases.


• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.


• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment.
