Job Description:

The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for BeloForm Craft's clients and visitors in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for managing the front desk area, greeting clients, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment.

Pay Range:

$38.500 - $48.000 yearly

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the company's services
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
