Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Chiropractic/Physical therapy front desk receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will answer phones, shedule, customer service, post payments, resolve accounts, case managing, patient flow, etc.

Qualifications
Must have experience, 5 yrs minimum, PHYSICAL THERAPY AND CHIROPRACTIC

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

Previous experience in a similar position

Familiar with coding software and other computer programs

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and able to problem-solve

Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are a Multidoctor Wellness center, 28 years serving northeast Ohio with Functional Medicine, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Chiropractic and Massage Therapy.
