Position Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Primary Healthcare Centers. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients, ensuring efficient front desk operations, and helping advance our mission of compassionate, community-focused care.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for healthcare providers.
- Respond to patient inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and supply management.
- Facilitate clear communication between patients and clinical staff to support timely and effective care.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
