Job Description - Front Desk Specialist and Referral Coordinator

Tri-County Therapy, LLC (“TCT”) is a leading pediatric therapy company providing speech, occupational, aquatic, and physical therapy services for children from birth to age 18. With clinics in Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Greenville and Anderson — plus services in homes, preschools, and the community — TCT offers a true multidisciplinary approach to care.



We are currently seeking an exceptional Scheduling & Front Desk Specialist to join our Anderson team.



What You’ll Do


You’ll be the first point of contact for families and a key support to our therapy team. Core responsibilities include:



  • Managing all aspects of scheduling for the Anderson office (patient communication, attendance warnings, recurring appointments, makeups, initial evaluations, etc.)

  • Providing scheduling support for the Greenville office as needed

  • Managing Greenville and Anderson referrals and new patient onboarding

  • Handling all outgoing Upstate script requests to pediatricians

  • Coordinating Upstate BabyNet referrals – EI communication, IFSP monitoring, and Knack updates

  • Managing Anderson office supplies/Knack requests and maintaining office presentability

  • Auditing therapy schedules for compliance and preparing data reports

  • Performing miscellaneous office administration tasks and projects as assigned



What We’re Looking For



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in scheduling, patient management, office coordination, or a related administrative role

  • Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service; strong computer and scheduling skills; ability to manage multiple priorities with initiative and independent judgment

  • Attitude: Calm, positive, and professional in responding to difficult situations



Schedule & Benefits



  • Monday–Thursday 7:45am – 5:15 pm (30-minute lunch) and Friday 7:45am-11:45am

  • No weekends or holidays

  • Offices close the week between Christmas & New Year’s with the option of unpaid leave or PTO for extra time off with family

  • Standard benefits include Holiday Pay, PTO, Health and Dental

    • Elective benefits include vision, short-term disability, life insurance and 401k.
