What you’ll do:

  Support the daily operations of the front desk

  
  


• 
  

  Help lead, train, and motivate front desk team members

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure accuracy in cash handling, reports, and shift procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Help maintain brand standards and a smooth front office operation

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams

  
  


• 
  

  Step in as the go-to person during your shift and help keep the team on track

  
  

What we’re looking for:

• 
  

  Previous hotel front desk experience required

  
  


• 
  

  Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with hotel systems and guest service standards is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed
