About the Role:
Join TEEZ Hair Studio as a Front Desk Team Lead, where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients! This exciting role combines customer service excellence with leadership, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operations in our vibrant salon.




Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure exceptional client experiences.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with stylists for optimal workflow.

  • Assist clients with inquiries, product recommendations, and service bookings.

  • Train and mentor front desk staff to uphold our high service standards.

  • Handle cash register operations and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the salon's ambiance.

  • Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive client engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.

  • Proficient in scheduling software and basic financial management.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or hospitality is a plus.

  • Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to client satisfaction.

  • Positive demeanor and a professional appearance that reflects our brand.



**This is not a job for a hair stylist wanting to work behind the chair, but having hair salon experience is a huge plus!

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
