Position Summary:

The Front Desk-Greeter will greet all guests upon arrival to the hospital.  Will screen each guest, issue guest badges, and assist guest with their needs and direct them to the appropriate area.  Will answer telephone inquiries.  Will provide excellent guest relations by providing requested information to families, hospital departments, and medical staff.

Qualifications:

Prefer high school graduate or equivalent.  Prefer medical office technology course work, including completion of medical terminology class or medical office background.  Prefer minimum two years hospital or medical office background.  Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
