Job Description - Front desk/Medical Assistant

Looking for a Front Desk/Medical Assistant to join our practice. We are looking for someone who is hard working, team player, focus, able to take on multiple tasks and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job duties include but not limited to:

· Answering phones, and be able to answer multiple phone calls

· Scheduling new and re-occurring patients

· Checking in and out patients

· Request medical records

· Verify patient insurance information

· Send patient referrals

· Answering emails from attorney

· Organizing medical records into their proper location

· Greet patients in a professional, sincere, and helpful manner.

Job qualifications include:

· Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.

· Familiar with ChiroTouch software, will be trained if needed.

· Be familiar with chiropractic services
. Willing to cover between offices if needed.

· Spanish speaking is preferred but not a requirement.

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

About Us

Serving Volusia, Flagler, Orange, Osceola, Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and Seminole county patients with back pain conditions, sports injury, work injury, headaches, lower back pain, auto accident injuries, neck pain and more.
