Front Desk/People Experience Representative

We are looking for young energetic people who will be responsible
for making tkxel experience great for everyone.

The candidate will be positioned in the main lobby (front desk area) to welcome
and greet the visitors and provide guidance and support in every possible way.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the entrance and
  lobby area is up to the date all the time.
  
• Greet and welcome guests
  
• Provide support and guidance
  
• Connect candidate with the interviewer
  
• Making follow -up calls to the
  visitors.
  
• Answer all incoming calls.
  
• Keep updated records and files.
  
• Take up other duties as
  assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
  

Requirements

• 1 -3 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer or as Brand Ambassador  
  
• Knowledge of office management
  
• knowledge of MS Office
  
• Good communication and people
  skills
  
• Multi -tasking skills and time
  management
  
• Customer service orientation
  
• Energetic personality
