As a Dental Front Office team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our families have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door, while collaborating with our amazing front and back office staff.

Daily Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in patients

Schedule appointments and manage patient records

Treatment Plan Presentation

Verify insurance coverage and process payments

Assist with billing and coding

Answer phones and address patient inquiries

Required Skills:

Experience with Open Dental

Knowledge of dental terminology

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
