Front of House Closing Manager - Nights

Schedule:

• Evening shifts through close (night closer role)
• Includes Saturday nights
• Full-time or part-time

What You'll Do:

• Lead the night: run Front Counter, Drive-Thru, and Dining Room during evening and closing shifts in a high-volume restaurant
• Own the close: cleanliness, food safety, and closing checklists completed to standard every night
• Count drawers, make deposits, and finalize the day accurately
• Act as key holder and make sure the restaurant is secured at close
• Position Team Members, manage labor, and keep speed and order accuracy high
• Deliver our Recipe for Service and resolve guest concerns with care and urgency
• Coach and develop Team Members, and hold the night team accountable to standards
• Hand off a clean, stocked, ready restaurant to the morning team

Required:

• Availability to work evenings through close, including Saturdays
• Comfortable handling cash and end-of-day procedures
• Strong people skills and a desire to serve Guests and Team Members
• Ability to stay calm and make good decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation

Preferred:

• 1+ year of shift lead, closing lead, supervisor, or restaurant manager experience
• Experience closing a restaurant or retail store
