Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage productivity
• Assisting in the training of new hires
• Leading Opening and/or closing shifts
• Cash Management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to superior customer service
• Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager
