Front of House (FOH) Director
The Front of House (FOH) Director is responsible for leading all guest-facing operations
and team members. This role ensures an exceptional guest experience by developing
leaders, upholding brand standards, and creating a positive, high-energy culture aligned
with Chick-fil-A values.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop FOH leaders and team members
- Oversee daily FOH operations including dining room, drive-thru, and mobile orders
- Campion a remarkable guest experience in all FOH areas
- Ensures that speed of service, order accuracy, and hospitality standards are met
- Maintain brand, food safety, and operational standards
- Manage and reduce waste
- Partner with Back of House (BOH) leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest recovery and escalations with care and professionalism
- Creative a positive, encouraging, and high performing team culture
- Complete additional duties as directed by leadership

Schedule
- Part-time or full-time positions available
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
