Picasso Restaurant Group is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Front of House Leader to join our team at our Dominos Farm location in Ann Arbor. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced café environment, and can lead by example during busy service periods.

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
No nights or weekends!

About the Role

The Front of House Leader will play a key role in daily café operations by supporting customer service, cashiering, deli operations, and ensuring the front of house runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced café setting


• Operate the register and handle cash/card transactions accurately


• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and deli items


• Maintain organization and flow of front-of-house operations


• Support and assist team members during busy meal periods


• Ensure cleanliness, stocking, and presentation standards are maintained


• Help create a welcoming and positive environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Previous café, deli, cashier, or food service experience preferred


• Strong communication and leadership skills


• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure


• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented


• Positive attitude and strong work ethic


• Food safety knowledge a plus
