• Lead, develop, and oversee all Front of House Leaders and Team Members
• Ensure efficient and consistent restaurant operations following Chick-fil-A Mercury Blvd standards
• Maintain high standards of guest experience, cleanliness, and food safety
• Coach, correct, and inspire team members to uphold a culture of excellence and hospitality

Work Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts
• Availability for weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
• On-site work at our welcoming restaurant location
• Associate degree preferred
