Tailgators Pub & Grill, the northside’s best sports bar and restaurant with a Cajun flair, is growing our management team!

We’re looking for motivated Managers with at least 1 year of bar or restaurant management experience who are ready for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What We Offer

• Compensation:
• Entry-level managers: $45,000 – $52,000/year
• Experienced managers: $54,000 – $62,000/year total compensation
• A supportive team environment with room to grow.

• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• A “get things done” attitude with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
• The ability to ensure all policies and procedures are followed while keeping the focus on delivering a great experience for every guest.
