Responsibilities:

• Lead Front of House operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and efficient daily operations
• Coach and develop team members and future leaders
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and recognition
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Manage Front of House facilities and maintain an organized, welcoming environment
• Support business goals through effective execution and strategic leadership
• Partner with the Front of House Director and senior leadership team to drive results

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 18 years of age or older. 
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
• Leadership experience preferred, especially in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or customer service environments
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, coachable, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Passion for serving others and developing people
