Job Description - Front of House Shift Manager

About the Role:

Join Carolina's Mexican Food, Inc. as a Front of House Shift Manager in Chandler, AZ, where you will lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer service.

Manage guest interactions and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs effectively.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Conduct regular team meetings to foster communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and multitask effectively.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus.

Passion for Mexican cuisine and exceptional customer service.
