As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Chick-fil-A, engaging with guests, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area, and delivering our signature hospitality with every interaction.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile and a friendly tone
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Serve meals with care and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas
• Follow all Chick-fil-A policies and the team appearance guidelines
• Support your team with additional duties as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Reliable and consistent team players
• A cheerful, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• A heart for hospitality and a desire to serve others
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Available to work flexible hours, including Friday & Saturday
• Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
