Front of House Team Member

As a Team Front of House Member, you will serve as a team member in both in our Front of House and Drive Thru, playing an important role in both the effectiveness of our team and the success of our business. Our FOH Team Members work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent food, accurate service, a clean environment, and genuine hospitality. Starting at $9/hr for Part-Time, $11/hr for Full-Time 

Full-Time means you can work 40 hrs per week for 12 out of 12 months (cannot still be in High School and be Full-Time)

Applicants with 1+ year Chick-fil-A experience will start at $10/hr for Part-Time, $12/hr for Full-Time

Applicants that have full availability to work anytime between 5am-11pm, Monday through Saturday, can earn $1/hr bonus pay

Potential $1 raise after first 120 days with high performance including 100% attendance and punctuality

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 16 years of age or older. 
• Chick-fil-A experience highly preferred.
• Full time or Part-time, open availability required. Flexibility to work during morning and daytime & evening hours, including weekends.
• Basic computer competency.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for up to 9 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
