Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the front-of-the-house operations, ensuring quality and service standards are consistently met.
• Hire, train, and motivate the service team, fostering an environment of growth and learning.
• Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales performance.
• Efficiently manage guest concerns, turning challenges into opportunities for service excellence.
• Oversee inventory levels, food and beverage quality, and the upkeep of the restaurant’s appearance.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and communication between the front and back of the house.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume casual dining setting.
• Proven success in managing a diverse team and achieving sales goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle complex customer service situations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including safety standards and customer service.
• Experience with restaurant management software for scheduling and inventory management.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and staying informed on industry trends.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are considered an asset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
