SUMMARY OF POSITION
Join our dynamic team as a Front Office Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you will ensure a warm and professional welcome, manage front office operations efficiently, and support administrative tasks to maintain a smooth office flow. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Greeting and welcoming patients as they arrive at the front desk.
· Answer and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
· Complete registration and check-in/out processes in a clinical setting.
· Has proficient knowledge and understanding of patient registration and scheduling processes using the current electronic medical record.
· Schedules patient appointments and coordinating appointments with other facilities.
· Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED
Preferred: Two-year experience as medical receptionist
Bilingual Skills Preferred; Compensation Available
