Job Description - Front Office Admin / Receptionist - Start Now

We are seeking a capable Front Office Admin / Receptionist to join our energetic team at JPC Architects PLLC in Cincinnati, OH.

Your main duties will include:
- Answering the phones
- Coordinating between front office and warehouse
- Taking care of all will call customers
- Assisting with order entry
- Administrative work including filing and scanning paperwork

Requirements
- Need to be able to speak English AND either Chinese, Vietnamese, or Filipino
- Basic computer skills (scanning/printing paperwork, email, POS system)

Additional Details
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
- This is a full time on site position
