Work Schedule: 8:15AM – 5:15PM (Fully On Site Position)

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Summary:

The Front Office Admin/Office Manager holds a pivotal role within the organization, actively participating in all facets of office administration. Responsibilities encompass the day-to-day oversight of the office, including the management and guidance of administrative personnel. The role extends to direct supervision of physical property activities, supporting various business heads in executing changes aligned with the Company's nationalization objectives. The right candidate ensures the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance office efficiency, striving to uphold exceptional client and employee services while meeting or surpassing office standards.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee administrative staff, ensuring the execution of daily tasks and alignment with overall operational objectives.

· Recommend and supervise expenditures within approved budgets, propose physical property enhancements, and manage facilities efficiently.

· Provide comprehensive training tools for new employees, manage offboarding procedures, and offer effective leadership for high morale and system development.

· Serve on committees to develop cost-saving practices, evaluate staffing needs, and recommend candidates for hire.

· Collaborate with senior management to determine appropriate staffing levels, approve schedules, and conduct timely performance reviews.

· Address performance deficiencies through coaching methods, ensuring compliance with company policies.

· Monitor procurement targets, manage the office purchasing credit card, and review practices for compliance with corporate accounting requirements.

· Participate in monthly conference calls, disseminate operational information, and manage office social events.

· Train administrative staff on the use of computerized timekeeping systems and business software applications.

· Enforce standard operating procedures for office opening/closing, security, and appearance.

General Requirements:

· Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisory staff at all levels.

· Comprehensive understanding of various office administration areas.

· Supervisory skills to guide facilities and administrative staff.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong decision-making ability under stress.

· Administrative and organizational skills to plan and coordinate office workload.

· Proficiency in windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· 



Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
