Front Office Assistant

North Mississippi Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in Tupelo is seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to our patients. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in an oral surgery or dental practice, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and provide compassionate, professional service to our patients and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling procedures for clinical visits
• Greeting patients with a smile as they arrive for their appointment
• Answering calls promptly 
• Schedule/Reschedule patient visits
• Prepare patient charts & daily schedules 
• Enjoy interacting with patients and working in a team environment
• The ability to stay organized while working in a fast-paced environment
• Collect payments
• Focused on details
• Perform general office duties  

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer focused experience
• 1+ years of receptionist experience is highly desired
