About the Role:
Join Generator Supercenter of Savannah as a Front Office Associate, where you will be the welcoming face of our team! In this dynamic role, you will support our operations and ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers in Pooler, GA.




Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with inquiries and service requests.

  • Manage phone calls and emails, directing them to appropriate team members.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.

  • Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.

  • Ensure a clean and welcoming front office environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
