Job Description - Front Office Coordinator


Join Our Team as a Front Office Coordinator!

About the Role:

As a Front Office Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for all visitors to the office. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll use customer service and multi-tasking skills to handle multiple phone lines, assist guests, and ensure professional results. You will also manage incoming applications and online job postings, as well as scheduling interview appointments.

What You'll Do:

  • Create a Positive First Impression: welcome all visitors, professionally handle calls and inquiries, while managing applicant information and online applications in a timely manner.
  • Office Administrative Duties: Enter applicant data, handle correspondence and filing with confidentiality, support team, payroll and recruiting efforts as needed.
  • Learn the Laws: Conduct business in accordance with Express and applicable legal guidelines, maintaining professional knowledge of the market and labor laws.

  • Someone who can work effectively under stress and demonstrate high performance and goal achievement.
  • Willingness to learn various technological platforms is crucial to the current and future success of our clients and associates.
  • Education and experience can come from a variety of sources. This typically includes a GED or High School Diploma, customer service experience, strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. It can also come from areas we haven’t considered.
