Job Description - Front Office Coordinator/Recruiter


Come join the growing the New Hope In-Home Care Chattanooga team as a Front Office Coordinator/Recruiter! 

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and people-focused Office Coordinator/Recruiter to join our home health care team in Chattanooga. This dual-role position is critical to keeping office operations running smoothly while helping us attract and hire qualified, compassionate caregivers to support our valued clients. The ideal candidate has experience with job recruiting, is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives as a problem solver in a customer service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilites

Office Coordination:
  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, filing, and data entry
  • Act as the communication hub between caregivers, clients, and administrative leadership
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including staff files and compliance forms
  • Maintain organized systems for caregiver and client files
  • Support other office tasks as needed
Recruiting:
  • Execute recruitment strategies for qualified, compassionate, caregivers
  • Source caregivers through job boards, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews
  • Manage applicant tracking system and maintain up-to-date records
  • Coordinate with our HR department and ensure completion of hiring documentation

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of office administration or recruiting experience (preferably both)
  • Prior experience in home health, healthcare, or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable with technology and programs such as scheduling software, EMR systems, and applicant tracking tools
