The Front Office/ Guest Services Administrator fulfills a variety of administrative /customer service needs to support the successful operation of Fox Bluff Cottages & RV. This individual is responsible for greeting guests at the front counter, processing reservations, registering guests, checking guests in and out, as well as assisting with events and helping to maintain common areas when needed.
This is a seasonal position beginning in April and continuing through October. The working schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
JOB DUTIES
• Greet current/potential resort guests at the front desk in a professional and cheerful manner
• Assist with a seamless check in/check out process, answering guest’s questions and completing reservations
• Participate in campground site inspections to support check in/check out
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist future guests with reservations via phone and email as well as respond to general inquiries about Fox Bluff
• Build a high-level of proficiency with the property management software (New Book)
• Use conflict resolution strategies to provide solutions to dissatisfied guests, referring high-level issues to management as needed
• Read and record RV Site electric meter usage
• Assist with organizing/coordinating events
• Assist with cleaning of common areas as needed
• Work closely with other park staff to ensure the best experience for our guests
• Other duties as assigned
