Qualifications: Must be a high school graduate or GED. Clerical experience is preferred but not required.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Doors must be unlocked by 7:45.


• Greet all patients with a smile.


• Patients complaints and discharge letters.


• Disciplines employees that do not meet job expectations.


• Maintain coverage for all front employees.


• Ensure that Providers schedules are taken care of ahead of time when they are out.


• Handle facility maintenance issues.


• Communicates daily with COO regarding any issues.


• Log any complaints about the schedule.


• Log any patients that are turned away.


• Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.


• Schedule front office for late night.


• Oversees and scheduled Care Coordination appointments.


• Manages BFM and BFSS.


• Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
