Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee/West Allis.  The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in managing hotel operations, directly overseeing the Front Desk and Breakfast departments.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
  • Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating hotel staff.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance hotel visibility and occupancy rates.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel guest services required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
