Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly professional and personable Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, embodying our company's commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism. This role requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. T 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.


• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.


• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.


• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.


• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately.


• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.


• Proven experience as a front office representative, receptionist, or similar role.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.


• Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude.
