Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Office Representative to join our team. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience at all times. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries accurately.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
