Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage conference room reservations and ensure meeting rooms are set up as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
