Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors entering the premises in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
• Manage incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings using office management software
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
