Front Office Specialist

We are currently seeking a Front Office Specialist to join our team. Worried you don’t have any experience? No problem, our rockstar front desk team is willing to train the right candidate.

You'll be a great fit if you find joy in:

• Answering phone calls from patients, referring doctors and vendors
• Having face to face interactions with patients to verify demographic and health insurance information
• Updating data in an Electronic Health Record
• Collecting payments of all types including cash, checks, and credit cards
• Prepping paperwork, mailings, and clerical duties
• Scheduling appointments and managing the office schedule

To be considered, you'll need to:

• Strong Hospitality Skills and Patient care focus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer savvy
• Enjoy working in a team-based environment
• Have an acute sense of attention to detail
• Be able to multitask
• Previous medical receptionist/front desk experience a plus
