The Opportunity

As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Marketing & Commercial Strategy Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-centric marketing strategies. You will analyze customer behavior, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Developing targeted marketing campaigns by interpreting customer behavior and optimizing marketing efforts
- Offering guidance and support to clients in improving customer engagement and increasing revenue growth
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections and inspire team members
- Utilizing CRM software and digital marketing tools to enhance customer relationship management and engagement strategies
- Conducting campaign performance analysis to identify business opportunities and inform marketing strategies
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with client objectives
- Embracing change and adapting strategies to meet evolving business contexts and client needs
- Upholding professional and technical standards while delivering quality solutions to clients

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in CRM Software and Customer Relationship Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking for marketing campaign development
- Excelling in brand marketing and promotional strategy
- Leveraging digital marketing skills for customer engagement
- Developing marketing strategies that drive business transformation
- Embracing change and intellectual curiosity in complex environments

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
