Starling Ford is looking for an experienced Retail Parts Counter person to join our team in Titusville, Florida. We’re looking for someone who knows the automotive parts business, takes pride in accuracy, builds strong customer relationships, and understands that great parts service is essential to keeping customers happy and technicians productive.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist retail customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.


• Look up parts accurately using Ford electronic parts catalogs and dealership systems.


• Identify correct parts by vehicle application, VIN, model, year, and configuration.


• Support walk-in customers, incoming phone inquiries, and other retail parts counter needs.


• Provide knowledgeable recommendations while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach.


• Check parts availability, pricing, and ordering information.


• Coordinate with the parts department team to maintain accurate transactions and timely parts availability.


• Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient parts counter.


• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.


• Stock inventory, including tires

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Previous automotive parts counter experience, preferably in a dealership environment.


• Strong automotive parts knowledge and the ability to identify the correct parts efficiently.


• Experience using electronic parts catalogs and dealership computer systems.


• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.


• Dependability, organization, and a strong work ethic.


• The ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, advisors, and fellow team members.

Ford parts experience is a plus. Candidates with experience at another automotive dealership or a strong aftermarket parts background are encouraged to apply if they have the knowledge and skills to succeed in a professional dealership environment.
