THE JOB:
As a Bell Coordinator, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.50/ hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Proactively smile and greet, warmly interact with, and assist guests and hotel staff in a professional manner, maintain a positive attitude and outgoing personality, demeanor and professional appearance
• Provide a high level of guest service to all guests and co-workers which are aligned and guided by the Company and Property service standards and brand attributes
• Assist with departmental tasks, limo coordination and organization as needed
• Verbally orient guests to property and provide multiple Company offerings
• Complete applicable documentation, tickets, and other bell related forms
• Make and receive phone calls

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience (Guest service experience in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere) preferred
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
