Frontend Architect

• Define and maintain the overall frontend architecture and development standards.
  

• Design and implement highly performant, scalable, and maintainable UI solutions using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  

• Architect hybrid SSR/CSR applications using Next.js, balancing performance and user experience.
  

• Collaborate closely with product managers, backend teams, and UX designers to deliver cohesive solutions.
  

• Own decisions around component libraries, state management, performance tuning, and accessibility.
  

• Lead code reviews, technical workshops, and architecture discussions.
  

• Mentor and guide frontend developers across multiple teams.
  

• Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, or best practices when needed.
  

• Champion reusability, modularity, and clean coding practices.
  

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
  

• 7+ years of deep hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  

• 5+ years of production experience with Next.js, especially with hybrid server-side rendering (SSR + CSR).
  

• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture patterns, component design, and performance optimization.
  

• Proficient in frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint, etc.).
  

• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  

• Solid understanding of CI/CD for frontend applications and version control (Git).
  

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience building or contributing to design systems.
  

• Mobile frontend experience using React Native.
  

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  

• Familiarity with monorepos (e.g., Nx, Turborepo) and micro frontend architectures.
  

• Experience with serverless environments or edge functions on platforms like Vercel.
