Frontier Sales Consultant - Entry Level

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. As an Entry Level Frontier Sales Consultant, you will leverage Frontier's extensive network and premium services, while benefiting from our resources, comprehensive training programs, and mentorship opportunities to support your career growth.

Responsibilities of the Frontier Sales Consultant:

• Develop a strong understanding of Frontier’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
• Provide personalized, professional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Drive sales by presenting tailored solutions to meet customer needs and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies, including legal and ethical guidelines.
• Mentor and train junior team members on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
• Meet or exceed performance goals set by Frontier and Abyl Acquisition Group, including sales quotas and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service agreements, and provide regular progress reports to management.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• A solid work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Demonstrate integrity in all business interactions and communications
