Nestlé USA – Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is hiring Frontline Leaders – 1st shift. This is a great opportunity for a dependable leader who enjoys supporting people, solving problems, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.

Job Snapshot

• Starting pay: $36.24 per hour


• $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift


• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with overtime and weekends as needed


• Comprehensive benefits available after 30 days of employment

What You’ll Do

Set priorities, support team members, communicate updates, and help resolve day-to-day production needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Team Leader, lead, or supervisor experience


• Food manufacturing or production experience


• Continuous Improvement, Lean manufacturing, or TPM experience
