🎯 What You’ll Do


Lead & Inspire the Team 💪



  • Coach and motivate associates in the moment to build sales skills and confidence.

  • Set clear expectations, celebrate wins, and hold the team accountable to results.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, positivity, and fun.


Drive Sales & Customer WOW 🌟



  • Model consultative selling and upselling while delivering white-glove service.

  • Use promotions, storytelling, and creative ideas to boost sales and build the ticket.

  • Partner with Store Manager on events, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.


Own the Floor Experience 🛍️



  • Lead from the floor during peak times (Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun) — front and center when it matters most.

  • Keep the sales floor dynamic, engaging, and ready for customers.

  • Ensure merchandising, restock, and product knowledge flow seamlessly.
