Provide Administrative support to department managers and human resources department.
Complete various tasks and projects as assigned by director and department managers.
Proficiently utilize Power BI and create presentations via Power Point
Maintain reception area and conference rooms in a professional manner.
Provide assistance to various departments in providing high levels of associate customer service.
Assist recruiters with interview scheduling, processing applications, background checks and drug tests. Assist in initiation, processing and completion of onboarding processs
Input data and maintain new hire applicant tracking database. Provide follow up response to eliminated candidates.
Prepare weekly new hire and benefit orientation packets..
Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings with preparation and communication of agendas and documentation needed for various departments.
Provide support for additional HR administrative functions and tasks as assigned.

Skills/Education Needed:
Associate’s degree or 5-6 yrs related administrative experience
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
1st shift position.
The pay range for this position is $19.50 to 29.25 per hour and will be commensurate with experience as well as internal equity.
