Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a Women’s Business Enterprise providing nationwide occupational medical and risk‑management services, is seeking a Substance Abuse Testing Specialist for our Santa Teresa, NM location. This is an in‑person role requiring strong administrative and data‑entry skills. Drug/alcohol testing experience is a plus (training/certification provided).

Day Shift M-F

What You’ll Do

• Customer relations with building trades and contractor associations


• Support Labor Management with:
  
  
  
  • Scheduling and creating testing authorizations
  
  
  • Tracking and reporting test results
  
  
  • Sending annual/random notifications
  
  
  • Uploading documents to external platforms
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to collect breath, urine, and oral‑fluid tests (preferred)


• Experience managing programs/vendors/clients (preferred)


• Proficient with Microsoft Office


• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail


• High school diploma or GED
