We are seeking an individual who is Committed, Kind, Knowledgeable and Respectful to assume the Floor Care Worker position at our Fairlawn location.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

In accordance with the mission and values of The Village of St. Edward, the floor care worker is responsible to perform all types of floor care and other related types of work including filling in for the Laundry and Housekeeping Departments. Demonstrates basic knowledge of general floor care, stripping, waxing and refinishing. Able to work independently with little supervision.

Requirements:

High School education or equivalent preferred.

Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. independently and over 50 lbs. with assistance.

Possess the necessary dexterity to operate levers, buttons, machinery, etc.

Possess the ability to bend, stoop and reach at different angles.

May stand on feet for long periods of time.
