Lead Sales Job Descriptions
The Lead Supervisor role is an integral part of the store’s overall success; modeling the behaviors needed to directly impact all aspects of our Company’s business: Sales and Operational Processes. This individual shows exemplary performance behaviors, not only with work performed, but by representing Coach at its highest standards. They serve as a true utilitarian player, possessing the ability to adapt to all roles within the store environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage team members to ensure they meet company standards for quality and punctuality
Work with sales staff to help with customer service, product knowledge, and product research
Maintain a clean, organized work station
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep up with product knowledge by taking on more advanced learning responsibilities as needed
Communicate with customers about new products, pricing, and availability. Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
Schedule and confirm appointments for project managers. Ensure that all scheduled appointments are met.
Maintain a professional appearance of the store front and backside. Clean store backside. Maintain cleanliness of the store at all times including but not limited to shelves, flooring, displays, windows, etc. Maintain cleanliness of the cash register at all times including but not limited to shelves, flooring, displays, windows, etc.
Assist in maintaining a positive work environment for your team members by following our work ethic standards and providing a positive work environment for your team members at all times including but not limited to appearance at lunch time, break time, exercise time, etc.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience required (Preferred)
Education:
High School or equivalent (Required)
License Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
